He was born on 10/15/1855. He died on 25 October 1922 at the abe of 67 years, 10 days. (Haddox Family Bible*) I, W.A. Haddox (born in Rappahannock Co., VA) & S.D. Smith (born in Fauquier Co., VA), died on 25 October 1922 at 2:30 P.M. in Wakefield Dist., Rappahannock Co., VA. Informant was Warren Haddox Sothoron of Flint Hill, VA. - Cause of death was "Diabetes. When I saw him he was in diabetic coma." Contributory was a Carbuncle. of 8 days' duration. Diagnosis was confirmed with examination of urine. Certified by E.R. Browning, M.D. of Flint Hill, VA. - Arrangements were by Maddox Ramsey of Front Royal, VA. Burial was on 27 Oct 1922 in Haddox B.
